Let’s be real winter can be brutal on the skin! Between icy air, heaters running 24/7, and long chilly nights, less is often more when it comes to skincare. I keep things simple, effective, and glow-worthy.

 

My winter routine is all about maintaining my golden goddess glow and keeping my skin glassy, hydrated, and fresh no matter how low the temperature drops.

 

Here’s how I stay cute and camera ready all winter long:

 

 

 

 

Step 1: Skin Whitening Shot 💉✨

 

 

I take my Skin Whitening Shots very seriously & weekly (4 a month  sometimes just twife), depending on how light I feel. I’m already light-skinned, so winter is about maintaining my glow and giving bronze goddess vibes. I use different Shades every time depending on how light I want to get &  to keep my tone even and radiant.

 

But remember: I’ve been doing the shots for 5 years, so my melanin is suppressed. If you are a starter, you need 6–12 shots. If you are rich enough and can afford it? Do 2 shots per treatment intramuscular on both booties; do it every 3 days, so 6 shots within 9 days, and stop. Give up to 14 days for it to activate, and after you see the activated white spot, your skin will start lightening: first legs, then hands, then full body from scalp to toe.

 

It will continue lightening until you reach the shades you bought. African skin can be very mature and might need more shots than African American skin or Asian skin. Most Asians & African American skin lightens faster; with 6 shots they see amazing results, and African skin needs 9–12 shots to get the same.

I shower twice a day (yes, I love being squeaky clean) using our Ppapaya Soap + Gel Duo. It leaves my skin fresh, smooth, and ready for all the magic that follows.

 

 

 

 

Step 3: Morning & Night Cleansing Ritual 💦
